Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days of the order being placed, unless otherwise specified. Our preferred carrier for all shipping (domestic and international) is UPS or USPS but we may use other carriers in some cases.

During promotion periods and holiday seasons, we process and ship orders within 3-7 business days of the order being placed during any such periods or seasons due to increased demand. If there are longer delays in processing your order, we will ship your product with priority at no extra charge.

U.S. Domestic Shipping

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of US$5 for shipping within the United States for orders totaling less than $100.

We offer free shipping for shipping within the United States for orders totaling US$100 or more (before taxes or shipping fees).

International Shipping

In some cases, we may find that due to the restrictions placed in shipping to certain countries, shipping to those countries are prohibitively expensive. If this is the case after your order is placed, we will contact you to cancel your order and refund you for the full amount of the order you placed.

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of US$25 for all international shipping.

Taxes and duties are set by the destination country and determined by the products included in your order.

Customs

International orders may be subject to customs import duties and taxes based on the destination country and will be shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). If assessed, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country once the order reaches the destination country.
